We removed this out today in a section of a Hospital getting renovated, not sure if this would be any use to me. It was used to swing open a big lead door in radiology dept. push buttons are still on the wall. I really have no use for it, unless I can get a get a good enough suggestion.

I’m not sure what your contract says about salvage material, or what your company policy is towards debris/material removed from the site, but you should put it up on CL to see if you get any hits on it. They tend to be quite expensive.
At my job we cannot take any property home regardless if it’s construction debris or not. Doesnt’ stop it from happening though.

Well policy on most things are don’t scrap. But if I’m tot taking it to scrap yard.....
Nitty gritty is it was attached to a lead painted door jam, door jam goes and whatever’s attached with it.
I’ll likely set it aside and give it back to the hospital electrical department so they can put it in storage & forget about it.

Is that a thing? Because that would put a damper on my future Grand Cherokee diesel...

I’m sure they’ll sort it out by then. Or they’ll all have been replaced. Or just get an extended warranty.
